The Company:
Our client is a leading global oil and gas operating company.

The Role:
• Supports the Planning cycle including LTP, GFO, and Activity Planning at a Regional level, connecting the Regional activity to the Category Management teams.
• Supporting the annual operating planning process as well as individual and manager performance planning process.
• Supporting the MI information gathering and revision as per the global guidelines and local requirements
• Communication plan owner – including regional LT, ELT, and Town Hall coordination. Will project manage the release of the communication plan in its entirety, corrdinating with the Global communication team. Oversee Coordinator, outsource vendors, and others as needed to ensure a quality, timely, and on-budget delivery.
• Organizing Communication events (Town halls, ELT and LT off-site meetings) with actions including but not limited to agendas, facilitation, notes/action items.
• Participate on cross-functional teams to gather requirements, strategize scope projects, plan and develop materials, and manage/oversee multiple projects through to completion (delivery, quality, and budget ie. Intranet redesign, pulse survey results.)

Essential Skills / Qualifications:
Must have previous working experience.
Must be proficient in MS Office.
Strong communication skills.
Must work well independently and as a team.
Must pay attention to detail and multi-task effiiciently.
