The Company:
Our client is a leading global oil and gas operating company.

The Role:
Role Synopsis:
Support the Performance Management TL on the Planning and Market Intelligence processes in Alaska, acting as the main point of contact with the Finance function and Global Market Intelligence in relation to the Long Term Planning (LTP), and the Group Financial Outlook (GFO). Actively participates in the Activity Planning (AP) process
Accountable for the overall PSCM Communication Plan, interacting with the Global team and the local PSCM stakeholder controlling the overall activities.
Supports the PSCM Annual Operating Plan (AOP) and Managers My Plans development, assuring alignment to the Regional and Functional plans.

Key accountabilities:
Develops and leads Market Intelligence processes in the Region and establishes the link to PSCM common processes.
- Manage the relationship with PSCM Category Management and Divisional teams to raise MI awareness and identify MI trends.
- Support planning activities from the LTP, GFO, and AP to the Category Management Plan, the PSCM AOP, and the PSCM ELT My Plans.
- Acts as single point of contact for regional PSCM communications, working with the Global team to scope and define communications requirements, providing advice on strategic communications issues.
- Creates and delivers communications plans and materials aligned to the PSCM agenda and within acceptable time/cost/quality criteria.
- Manages suppliers of communications services.
- Champions HSSE.

Essential Skills / Qualifications:
•Bachelors Degree in a business discipline
•Minimum of 8 years of working experience with at least 3 year experience in a Planning related role, including experience developing Market intelligence processes, and communication plans
•At least 1 year of Supply Chain Management experience
•Demonstrated ability to influence others and drive performance

Desirable Skills / Qualifications:
Relevant oil and gas industries performance management experience.
Relevant consulting experience is desirable
