The Role:
Our leading client is currently seeking x2 PSCM Site Contracts Administrators to be based in Oman. The client is seeking RESIDENTS OF OMAN ONLY for these roles.

Site Contract Administrator role in support of the project delivery, specifically the Central Processing Facility (CPF). Role is accountable to the CPF Project Procurement & Supply Chain Management (PSCM) Manager.

• Works closely with PSCM, Project Management and Construction Management teams and EPC Contractor in the administration of the Contract.
• Ensures contracting activities are aligned with Major Projects Common Process (MPcp), PSCM Common Process (CMcp) and the CPF Execution Strategy.
• Executes and supports Construction Teams with the Site Instruction Program and is the PSCM liaison at Site.
• Support the home office with site related Variations, Contract Amendments which result from Site Instructions.
• Ensure compliant behaviour and actions with regard to all applicable Procurement standards, policies, and Delegations of Authority. Ensure compliance with the law and code of conduct
• Enforce the CPF EPC Contract terms, specifications and conditions.
• Review of and attest to contract invoices related to Site activities.
• Support the home office in negotiations to resolve commercial and technical exceptions, variation order requests, variations and claims.
• Provide expertise on contracting and procurement matters to Site based personnel.
• Supports use of PSCM tools (Procon).

Essential Skills / Qualifications:
• Degree in Business or Technical Discipline
• +10 years in Oil and Gas Project with demonstrated Construction and Site Administration Experience
• Demonstrates excellent communication skills
• Extensive knowledge of EPC contracting, specifically a BOQ model
• Relevant professional training, development and affiliation
• Highly self-motivated and self-directed

Desirable Skills / Qualifications:
• MBA (concentration in Supply Chain Management)
•Quantity Surveyor background is a plus
