The Company:
Our global leading client is seeking highly skilled, experienced & capable contract international employees to work on a large multinational complex oil & gas project.

The Role:
Our client is seeking an experienced PSCM Systems specialist who deploys standard PSCM functional processes, systems and tools in support of project performance and category management.

Assures performance through clear metrics.
Deploys Projects Operating Management System including Category Management, PSCM systems (Ariba and Procon) and Performance Management processes. Inputs to central process teams to ensure fit for purpose products

Drives, supports, and promotes the use of PSCM common process, systems, and tools

Drives application of best practice category management utilising Ariba for sourcing activities and Procon for post award contract management

Works in close collaboration with the Central GPO Systems team to drive deep understanding of data and how it works in the day-to-day business. Develops GPO AGT PSCM performance metrics, scorecards, reports from Ariba and Procon to clearly articulate the benefit of each system and ensures that it has a measurable and demonstrable benefit

Measures and monitors compliance with process and systems’ requirements and drives continuous improvement

Provides support, coaching, guidance and direction to internal stakeholders in relation to Category Management, Ariba and Procon

Embeds consistent usage of Ariba and Procon across the team as well as identifies opportunities to standardise and simplify the processes and activities and turn these opportunities into embedded improvements to ensure PSCM systems are fit for purpose.

Essential Skills / Qualifications:
3 -5 years in Oil and Gas PSCM position

Projects background with track record of delivery

Strong coaching skills and commitment to the development of others

Strong communication, facilitation & stakeholder engagement skills

Knowledge of Purchase to Pay systems and processes

Strong working knowledge of MS Office products i.e. PowerPoint & Excel.

Sourcing & tendering experience, including use of e-sourcing tools Ariba.

Experience in managing supplier relationships, including use of PROCON.
