The Role:
This is a contract position to provide support to the PSCM Operations & HSSE Team within the Agency Contingent Labour Sector. Additional support will be required on an ad hoc basis within team in the area of contract administration

Agency Contingent Labour Sector – Operational Support

Focal point within PSCM team for the day to day operational support to the business in the supply of temporary agency contingent labour requirements which shall include:
• Meet business demand for the sourcing of new hires which involves placing demand in the market place, negotiating rates and timely placement of Purchase Orders
• Manage changes to the current agency contingent labour pool
• Maintain accurate and up to date agency data with MS Excel
• Ensure Client’s compliance with internal process and external Legislation to ensure delivery of safe operations (example UK Agency Workers Regulations)

Agency Contingent Labour Sector – Strategic Review

Ad hoc support will be required to support the PSCM Category Specialist during the sector strategy review.

Contract Support

Ad hoc support will be required within the team to assist with contract administration.

Essential Skills / Qualifications:
Essential Skills/Qualifications:
• Excellent people skills.
• Expertise in MS Excel software package.
• Ability to work under pressure to tight timelines.
• Self motivated with ability to work independently.
• Experience of working in agency sector (preferred).
• Knowledge of relevant legislation (preferred).
