Commits to and champions the development and implementation of a safe working environment for everyone on the project and the continuing establishment of an incident and injury free culture. Leading by example, interacting with workforce both in the field and at safety meetings are of the utmost importance, quality BBS's and a complete commitment to an IIF culture.

Responsible for day to day site administration duties within the various teams which may include, but not be limited to:
• Coordination of roster and arrange travel/flight requests via the project’s site travel department
• Record keeping, data gathering, statistics, filing, scanning, archiving & scribing meeting minutes
• Maintenance of the various systems and data bases to support coordination of the construction PTW Team
• Collation and distribution of weekly timesheets
• Carry out admin KPIs
• Take minutes of meetings
• Electronic record keeping
• Assist senior management and team members with queries
• General administration duties
• Liaise with Perth Operating Centre (POC)
• Maintain the Permit Register as system administrator
• Work with software developer to ensure smooth updating of the Permit Register
• Develop system to provide trend reports from LPI data
• Place orders for Permit and Isolation consumables and track
• Document correlation and submission to doc control
• Assist with the development of PTW communications
• Manage the permit exemption and deviation records


This position will look after all of the telecommunications, computing and electronics within camp and infrastructure facilities on BWI. The construction work force being supported on the island by these facilities is 7,000 with a total construction expenditure in the tens of billions of dollars.

Essential Skills / Qualifications:
Expereience required
• At least three (3) years administration experience in a similar role
• Able to establish and maintain spreadsheets, databases and records for the purpose of controlling and managing site activities
• Very High level of accuracy when entering Permit to Work Details in to the Permit to Work Register
• Attention to minor detail and accuracy in proof reading documentation (including emails) prior to distribution
• Respect for and understanding of confidentiality
• Advanced skills in Microsoft suite of packages
• Good command of English language to construct emails and minute taking.
• Ability to work within a team environment as well as autonomously
• Ability to liaise with different levels of personnel
• Ability to prioritise work functions
• Highly self-motivated, methodical in approach to completing tasks, detailed and organised
• Contribute and show initiative towards administration improvements where required
