The Company:
Our Client is an International Oil and Gas Operator involved in 2 of Australia's largest LNG Projects based in Western Australia. The Role:
Our Client is looking for a Permit To Work Coordinator to join the commissioning team on site.

Your duties will include but not limited to:

• Conduct accurate and timely reviews of submitted permits in line with Company policies and procedures, as well as Australian standards and Western Australian / Federal Legislation
• Issue permits and certificates in accordance with site procedures and best industry practice
• Ensure all company and contractor personnel are in compliance with the Permit Procedure and all supporting procedures
• Maintain accurate inventory records
• Maintain accurate record keeping and archiving

Essential Skills / Qualifications:
Ideally you will have the ability to demonstrate knowledge, capability and competence in the following commercial, technical and interpersonal aspects:

• HSE Cert 4 minimum, HSE Diploma preferred or be in the process of obtaining such a qualification
• Demonstrated 5 + Years Permit to Work & Isolation Officer Experience
• Must have, one or more, permitting in LNG, Complex Hydro/Chemical Processing, Hydrocarbon processing or Complex Hydro Metallurgical processing.
• Preference for Electrical / Mechanical Trades or engineering background
• Leadership experience Supervisor/Engineer
• Technical document writing experience

Desirable Skills / Qualifications:
• Be able to make difficult decisions, lead and manage others in changing business conditions.
• Have excellent people management skills such as leadership, team, interpersonal, coaching, mentoring and supervisory skills. Must be able to build, motivate, develop and manage effective team relationships.
• Have excellent management skills including the ability to plan, set goals; and manage time, priorities, resources, accountabilities, schedules and cost.
• Able to establish and maintain spreadsheets, databases and records for the purpose of controlling and managing site activities
