The Company:
An international EPC Company involved in LNG and Mining Projects.

The Role:
Duties include:
• Become familiar with the Project Completion plan
• Become familiar with the Project Turnover schedule and support the Completion management in all matters related to the process of punch listing.
• Follow the punch list system as outlined by Project Procedure.
• Review and all of the punch list items indentified during the systems' walk downs and ensure the information is inputted correctly in the management system.
• Review priorities of Punch points
• Expedite the review and signing of the completed punch lists by the personnel so as to ensure the completion of the Systems and Subsystems in a timely manner.
• Ensure the most updated Punch Lists are included in the Turnover Packages.
• Support the completion team in assembling all the turnover documentation in the Turnover packages.
• Maintain, control and oversee all Punch List turnover records.
• Coordinate responsible authorities for the sign-off of all Punch List documentation.
• Support the Completions teams in identifying the possible schedule impacts as a consequence of delays in getting the Punch List sign-offs.

Essential Skills / Qualifications:
• Proficient in English (oral and written)
• Experience in project turnover processes and interfacing with Clients', Completions' and Subcontractors' teams.
• Excellent organizational, communication and interpersonal skills.
• Self motivated, with a high level of commitment and energy to properly handle high volumes of work that need to be addressed in tight time frames.
• Computer literate; Microsoft Office suite. Conversant with Turnover software (WinPCS, Zenator or similar).
• Around 10 years experience in completions or commissioning on EPC projects.

Desirable Skills / Qualifications:
• Experience in the preparation of turnover packages is considered an asset. Instrumentation or Electrical background is considered as an asset.
