The Company:
Is a leading Automotive manufacturer with a reputation for outstanding quality the world over. With demand increasing and an upturn in production, there is a need to bring further skills into the business to deliver on current and future projects.

The Role:
The first objective of this role is to manage the delivery of forward sourcing across all product lines. The second objective is to co-ordinate the administration of project delivery for Purchase including financial management, change management, vehicle costing and approval. Responsible for the coordination of the daily activity of a small team.

a. Review and coordinate response to financial reports and targets.
b. Generation of Purchase investment budget for approval.
c. Coordination of Purchase Investment Planning.
d. Forecast yearly / monthly spend by project.

a. Manage the generate the delivery of the Project Forward Sourcing Plan.
b. Manage reporting of forward sourcing status to Purchase management team and wider business.
c. Facilitate resolution of Nomination concerns to ensure timely delivery of project Forward Sourcing plan.
d. Distribute signed bid specs throughout department.
e. Facilitate nomination letter approval and acceptance.

a. Coordinate Purchase functional interface.
b. Coordinate resolution of concerns to ensure timely delivery.
c. Coordinate preparation for financial approval.

a. Coordinate the distribution of releases to the department.
b. Manage the reporting of KPI's on Release performance to Purchase Managers.

a. Maintain audit accreditation.
b. Drive own development to ensure necessary skills/competencies to meet the role.
c. Support development needs of a small team

Essential Skills / Qualifications:
Demonstrable experience in the project environment.
Team Player, self motivated and flexible.
Ability to influence and negotiate.
Financial management.
Project management and reporting skills.

Desirable Skills / Qualifications:
Educated to degree level or equivalent.
CIPS qualification desirable.
