The Role:
Member of Contracts & Purchasing Steering Committee.

Prepare the Global Contracting Strategy
Coordinate & animate Contracting strategies for Key categories/Commodities
Contribute to savings targets and objectives.

Comments and advises project team about Project Contracting Strategies .
Support and deliver recommendations to prepare FEED or EPC Contracts.
Participate to Peer review for our key projects.

Roll out a key suppliers strategic relationship in accordance with SRP.

Creation of a management system to use combined strength & size to our competitive advantage.
Create a culture of excellence using benchmarking, identification & sharing of best practices and proposing cross information sharing system.
Creating an efficient purchasing community that is able to optimize costs efficiently.
Encouraging & developing transversal purchasing & teamwork.
Setting up, implementing & managing the development of Supply chain core skills.
Drive the implementation of Group Purchasing policies, rules and regulations including HSE & Ethics.

Essential Skills / Qualifications:
University graduate.
12+ years experience in Contracting & Purchasing for Oil & Gas industry.
First experience in a leading/managerial Contracts & Purchasing activity.
Experience in Contracts (FeeD; EPC…) for projects.
Fluent English speaker (French language will be an add value)
Good command of MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint & Outlook.
Knowledge of SAP will appreciate

Desirable Skills / Qualifications:
Leadership, influencing and interpersonal relationship skills
Ability to implement change management in a multi-cultural environment.
Natural communicator with developed negotiation skills
Proven track record improve processes & set up procedures to maximize value & reduce costs.
