The Company:
The client is a leader within the Automation and Control Systems field with operations in 100 countries worldwide. They specialise in providing integrated solutions to the Transmission and Distribution and Oil & Gas industry with projects offshore and overseas.

The Role:

Assist in the ordering of materials for Service orders/projects on behalf of Oil & Gas and Marine service businesses and ensure materials are being purchased from correct vendors and at optimum prices based on required delivery times.

Assist Facilities Manager in fulfilling all maintenance requirements for the facility.

Assist in the processing or orders for cost centre based products/services for all Aberdeen based businesses and optimize on savings by consolidating where possible.

Progress PO’s to ensure on time delivery and advise job owners of any impending delays.

Maintain service receipts for all services ordered ensuring vendor and value are matched.

Improve first time match rate by managing all goods and service receipts and ensuring these are completed prior to vendor invoices being received.

Ensure any Basware issues are dealt with within 48hrs of receipt.

Assist in identifying cost savings for the business through benchmarking of suppliers.

Essential Skills / Qualifications:
Typically BTEC qualified with a minimum of 2 years experience in a clerical or secretarial support role. Secretarial and non-technical clerical support staff.
