The Company:
Our Client provides oilfield products, systems and services for customers in the oil and gas industry world-wide. The company's knowledge and technologies span from reservoir to production and through the life of a field. The company employs approximately 25 000 people in more than 30 countries. They apply the knowledge and create and use technologies that deliver their customers' solutions.

The Role:
• Accurately input all goods received information into probity in a timely manner.
• The control, monitoring and tracking of all Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) in line with operational requirements.
• To carry out purchasing of items such as liquid nitrogen etc.
• To ensure that all filing with regards to purchasing requisitions, purchase orders, delivery items etc are kept up to date.
• In conjunction with accounts, help address any questions on invoices.
• Provide general administrative support to other departments, as required.
• Ensure house-keeping is maintained to the highest standard to improve efficiency and safety at all times.
• Ensure that all opportunities for cost reduction are explored and advised to your manager.
• Perform company operations in a safe and controlled manner and ensure the safety of yourself, colleagues and associated personnel whilst doing so.
• Working as part of the onshore support team to identify areas for improvement etc within the company office and base activities.
• Ensure all applicable quality and operational procedures as identified in the company manuals are adhered to at all times.
• Ensure all functions are performed in accordance with the company safety and environmental procedures.
• Ensure all incidents / accidents are immediately reported and relevant paperwork completed.
• Ensure all environmental procedures are adhered to at all times.
