The Role:
The PSCM Systems & Process Specialist is a member of the Angola Region Systems team and acts as a subject matter expert within the region. The PSCM Systems & Process Specialist is responsible for understanding, monitoring and supporting the successful running of various PSCM systems & processes across the region. This also includes overseeing the resolution of queries relating to the successful running of the systems and processes via the appropriate parties. The PSCM Systems & Process Specialist will also provide guidance to users on compliance and best practice in their designated area. The specialist will also engage peers in other regions to monitor ongoing trends / identify best practice in their designated areas.

Essential Skills / Qualifications:
Regional focal point for systems & process queries in their assigned area
Liaising with the appropriate 3rd parties to ensure successful resolution of user issues
The creation and maintenance of process maps
The training of users on systems & processes in their assigned area
Identification of Continuous Improvement opportunities
Management of Change Requests / Fixes including User Acceptance Testing.
Identification & Reporting of Risks
Monitors Process Compliance / Error Reports
Helping users understand their Cost Recovery obligations within process area
