The Role:
JOB PURPOSE
Reporting to the PVP Engineering Manager, the Project Engineering Delivery SPA is responsible for managing and co-ordinating all phases of the engineering activity set supporting pipeline Validation. This includes engineering associated with intelligent pigging, subsea pipeline inspections (ROV and diver-deployed) and pipeline desktop integrity assessments.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
• Managing the third party engineering delivery, in accordance with the engineering plan. Ensure all engineering scopes are progressed in line with CLIENT’s Planning criteria.
• Contributing to the development and update of the PVP engineering plan.
• Providing project tracking, assurance and risk control processes for engineering activities to ensure safe delivery to schedule and budget.
• Key engineering tasks include:
• Selection of intelligent pig and other inspection technologies in support of pipeline validation.
• Managing ATEX assurance as required.
• Managing delivery of pipeline integrity assessments and associated activities.
• Assisting in pipeline data collection workscope and transition of data into PODS database.
• Working with Cost Engineer to develop budget, update cost reports and raise requisitions.
• Responsible for Management of Change (MoC) for engineering deviations.
• Organise and input into Lessons Learnt and contractor feedback processes.
• Conducting him/herself in line with CLIENT’s Group Values, the CLIENT Code of Conduct and CLIENT Group Standards.
• Ensuring that operations are conducted in accordance with all applicable legal obligations and the CLIENT OMS Processes which support CLIENT HSE Expectations.

• Track record of Risk Management.
• Ability to motivate the wider project team.
• Educated to degree level and a chartered engineer or working towards chartership.
