The Company:
Our client is a nuclear specialist, covering both civilian and defence sectors, across the complete lifecycle from New Build, through Operations and Maintenance, to final decommissioning and waste disposal.

The Role:
To assist the B30 Export Project Quality Team in reducing quality risk to the project by providing administrative and document control support.
Duties
•Receiving incoming documentation from suppliers and raising DAS forms
•Logging all incoming and out-going supplier documentation
•Follow up of supplier documents during the review process
•Returning reviewed documentation to suppliers with the appropriate DAS forms
•Maintaining a supplier information tracker to ensure documentation can be tracked efficiently
•To maintain registers for Quality Plan, Inspection and Test Plans, NCR’s, Audits and LTR’s.
•Attending weekly quality progress meetings and taking minutes
•Preparing weekly / monthly reports to demonstrate progress and provide management information
•Review and amendments to Flow charts. Including project organization chart, project document hierarchy and Supplier hierarchy chart
•Sending emails to chase up documents which are overdue or near overdue
•Preparing project files for each contract

Essential Skills / Qualifications:

•Good understanding of IT systems (email, Word, Excel)
•Good interpersonal skills
•Able to work as part of a team
