The Role:
JOB TITLE: QA Project MANAGER
DIV./DEPT./GROUP: Operations / Quality Assurance.
LOCATION: Bangkok

EDUCATION / EXPERIENCES:
• Qualifications recognized by Quality Engineering institutes such as International Association of Quality Practioners (IAQP).
• Minimum of 10 years in Oil & Gas Industry.
• Minimum of 5 years in Managerial / Supervisory capacity in Oil & Gas Industry.
Experience as Client Representative and Contractor Representative and advantage.

SPECIFIC SKILLS:

• May require local and oversea travel.
• May require travel to offshore installation barges or facilities.
• Required to track and manage all related costs & budget for Department.
• Liaise with Certification Authority.
• Liaise with client(s).
• Liaise with Project & Department Managers.
Liaise with General Operation Manager

Areas of Responsibilities
• Maintain Quality System to ISO 9001:2000.
• Ongoing compliance.
• Vendor quality Assessments / Audits.
• Customer quality focus.
• Ensure company wide audit program is being maintained.
• Develop the company QA team with target for all Thai national positions.
• Provide management with up to date & relevant information on quality issues/ problems/successes within the company.
• Forecast and tracking of Department budget and specific Project costs.
• Make recommendations on Corrective Actions.
• Timely closeout of PRNCA’s.
Ensure regular management reviews as per ISO requirement.
• Make recommendations on Company Quality Policy.
• Review and make recommendation on internal audits
• Make recommendations on Vendor quality assessments/audits.
• Report all Potential Risks and Non Compliance alerts to Top Management.
