The Role:
Our leading client is currently seeking x2 QA/QC Clerk's to be based in Iraq working on a 28/28 rotation on a 12month contract.

Roles & Responsibilities:
• Lead by example in the area of HSE to achieve Zero LTI’s.
• Be fully familiar with the construction scope of work in the field.
• Compile, maintain and manage a dedicated filing system.
• Produce concise reports and KPI’s.
• Be fully familiar with and work closely with SDC.
• Maintain QA/QC requirements for Red Line as constructed drawings.
• Scanning and data input for handover dossiers and documents.
• Review the quality of inspection reports from TPI(s) and Resident Inspector(s).
• Communicate effectively with SIPD project staff, Contractors and any Third Party.
• Collate QA audit reports and data into packages.
• Track close out of all DSR, NCR, RFI and audit findings.
• Perform any duties that may be required to enhance the job.
• Strive to make continual improvement in documentation processes.

ADDITIONAL COMMENTS/SPECIAL CHALLENGES:
• Fluent in English language is essential, reading, writing and spoken. Must possess the ability to mentor local Iraqi Nationals.

KEY COMPETENCES REQUIRED:
• Self Starter and Team Member.
• Ability to demonstrate understanding of SHEQ safe working practices and procedures and their implementation.
• Ability to work to deadlines in an accurate, consistent and structured manner.
• Ability to work in a team environment and provide guidance to other team members.
• Ability to follow/ comply with procedures and recognised working practices
• Complete knowledge of job description.

Essential Skills / Qualifications:
• Degree or Diploma in Information Technology, Engineering or related subject from a recognised University or College.
• 10 Years post graduation experience.
• Mandatory training (Induction, Risk Awareness etc)
• IT Literate in Microsoft Office applications.
• Previous experience of Livelink, ASSAI, EDW beneficial but not mandatory as training will be given.
