The Company:
Our client is an international operator in the oil and gas industry.

The Role:
Location Pointe Noire, Congo
Assignment Type Fixed Term - 36 months
Main Job Function: To coordinate the development and implementation of QA/QC during execution
Key Responsibility Areas:
 To coordinate day to day QA/QC activities
 Develop and review Quality Assurance execution documents, Plans, Procedures & Process Flow charts
 Perform QA related activity on contractor/ Supplier Work processes
 Identifying quality problems providing the company execution team with recommended corrective and preventive actions.
 Supervison of QA/QC Engineers

Main interfaces:
Internal: Engineering team, construction team, Commissioning team, Site Manager, Expediter, HSE team
External: Local authourities, equivalent contractors & subcontractors positions

Essential Skills / Qualifications:
• Languages: Fluent in spoken and written English. Intermediate/good knowledge of the specific Country language is preferred.
• Technical Specification & Bidding: ISO 9000 Series and Quality & Safety general: Guidelines & Procedures Definitions, Law Compliance analysis & Assessment, due diligence & Permitting, Technical Specs & Standards Definitions.
• Compliance: Health, Safety, Environment, Quality, Tender procedure, Health of Site Management, Agreement.

Qualifications & Experience:

• Minimum degree holder
