The Role:
- Absolute commitment to safe work principles and high ethical work standard - Minimum of three (3) years’ experience directly related to field supervision of construction activities in the contract's scope of work e.g. oil, gas and/or petrochemical projects - Broad knowledge of oil field engineered package equipment (turbine generator, compressor, process equipment, pressure vessel, etc.) - Able to read, interpret and communicate (both written and verbally) in English. - Past Construction, Project Management and European Regulatory experiences are essential.
- Exercise a high degree of independence; strong leadership skill to participate in Project Management, and lead a multifunctional international Supplier Quality Audit team - Maintain an open door communication rapport with Team. Promote a professional atmosphere - Must be able to communicate and interact effectively with a variety of skilled functional personnel, other project’s Team Leads and contractor personnel. Must be able to communicate effectively both verbally and written skills. Must have excellent interpersonal and communication skills and be able to interface with colleagues, customers and contractors at all levels. Engage with key stakeholders through various stages of project execution, including Engineering, Supply Chain Management, Construction, Operations and System Completion. - Establish team building rapport with internal and external recipients to ascertain a successful working relationships - Comply and promote compliance with Company and Project specific procedures/processes to ensure success. - Capable to conceptualize Company's processes/systems and effectively implement them to meet project technical needs. - Must be flexible, goal-oriented and have strong interpersonal skills, a professional demeanour and the ability to work with minimal supervision.
- Certified ISO 9001 Lead Auditor or other recognized equivalent audit certification. - Working knowledge of oil and gas quality practices and international codes (ISO 9001, API Spec Q1, and ISO/TS 29001). In depth knowledge of applicable codes and standards (i.e. ASME, AISC, ASTM, API, AWS, NACE, NFPA, NEC, IEEE, ISA, etc.).
