The Role:
Description

Primary Responsibilities:
•Interface with Company Package Engineers and Contractor QC personnel to ensure all packages meet specified requirements.
•Review Contractor's quality procedures, quality plans and Inspection and Test Plans to ensure any Company Inspection intervention points have been conducted and relevant records are maintained.
•Participate in Contractor led audits of Vendors (pre-award, production and purchase order closeout audits).
•Conduct or participate in Company led audits of the Contractor and their Vendors including the reporting and tracking of actions to closure.
•Ensure Non Conformance Reports (NCRs) and Corrective Actions Reports (CARs) are distributed and closed out appropriately.
•Participate in handover verification and pre shipment meetings to support the SPS package team.
•Participate in vendor perfomance evaluation.
•Participate in capturing Lessons Learned In accordance with Company procedure.

Skills & Experience Requirements:
•Diploma or Certificate in engineering, metallurgy or physical sciences (desirable).
•Lead Auditor Qualification, with demonstreble experience in leading audits within the Oil and Gas sector.
•Minimum 15 years' experience in the application of quality assurance and quality control in relation to all aspects of Subsea Production Systems.
•Previous work with Vetco Gray (GE) systems advantageous.
•Sound knowledge of Heat Treatment, NDT, metals manufacturing processes including corrosion resistant alloys.
•Sound knowledge of Factory acceptance testing (FAT) requirements relating to sub-sea equipment.
•Hands on experience within verification processes e.g. activities identified within Verification Check Plans; surveillance plans; certification packages.
•Knowledge of the manufacture of electrical and mechanical equipment to International and Australian standards for regulatory compliance.
