The Company:
Our client has been engaged in the exploration and production of natural gas in the Netherlands and the North Sea Continental Shelf since 1964. In the Dutch sector of the North Sea, gas is produced from 22 platforms and 3 subsea production installations. Most of the platforms are unmanned and remotely operated; four have gas treatment facilities.

The Role:
SITUATION IN ORGANISATION
- Reports to the Project Manager and Section Head Quality
- Coordinate with Project Interface Engineer.
JOB DIMENSIONS
- The QA/QC coordinator has the responsibility to ensure that all documents, certificates, ITP’s etc. are within TEPNL specifications.
- The QA/QC coordinator managed general and technical QA/QC issues and questions.
ACTIVITIES
- Coordinate with the Project interface Engineer that all ITP,s NDT examinations and integrity are within TEPNL specs
- Follow-up of all QA/QC related activities at (sub) contractor(s)
- The control of on-site and off-site vendor inspectors
- The compilation of vendor inspection assignments packages
- The coordination and resolution of any nonconforming product Reviewing vendors QA/QC systems in accordance with contractual requirements
- The attendance at site and inspection meetings
- Coordination of vendor quality approvals when required
- Review of suppler quality plans against contract requirements
- Review procurement documents to ensure that quality requirement have been correctly translated into purchase requisitions and design documents
- Review supplier inspection procedures and personnel qualifications
- Take part in supplier audit and surveillances
- Coordinate with the companies discipline engineers for the resolution of technical discrepancies
- Coordinate with management for quality improvements
- Issue of nonconformance reports
- Track all nonconformance reports
- Weekly reporting of QA/QC related activities.
- Assist on general and technical questions.
- The reviewing of site purchase orders to ensure that the applicable requirements are met. Coordinate with Onshore Expeditor
- Review supplier material certificates. Coordinate with Onshore Expeditor
- Ensure the verification of documentation and certificates for materials purchased by vendors. Coordinate with Onshore Expeditor
CONTEXT AND ENVIRONMENT
- Contact with TEPNL K4-Z Development project players.
- Direct contact with the project interface Engineer and QA/QC onshore ass project Engineer
- Supports the Onshore expeditor to ensure all QA/QC department receives all related quality documents are available from the procured materials.

Essential Skills / Qualifications:
QUALIFICATIONS / EXPERIENCE REQUIRED
- BS degree in Engineering with at least ten (10) years of relevant Inspection specialty in the construction of Petrochemical or hydrocarbon facilities of which five (5) years are in managery position
- Pass written exam for International Codes and Quality System Standards and Methods (ISO 9001) or Certified as ASQ Quality Manager
- Certified ISO 9001 Auditor or equivalent
- Command of the English language (speaking and writing)
