The Company:
Our Client is an International Oil and Gas Operator involved in 2 of Australia's largest LNG Projects based in Western Australia.

The Role:
The QA/QC Technical Assistant will be working for the Upstream Quality team for the Wheatstone LNG project.

Reporting to the Subsea Flowlines Pipelines (SSFP) Quality Manager, this position is responsible for the administration and maintenance of Quality Department records including:
- Assisting and administrating the assignment process with inspection service providers.
- Assisting and administrating inspection service’s invoicing.
- Maintaining CV registers.
- Assisting with administration of Inspection reports.
- Assisting with administration of Inspection Release Certificates.
- Maintaining the Concession Request process for the SSFP Quality group.
- Maintaining the NCR process for the SSFP Quality group.
- Providing general administration assistance to SSFP Quality group, reports, meetings, queries etc.
- Providing administration coverage for SSFP Quality team while they are on business trips.
- Focal point for general communication, including queries with all Inspection Service Providers.

Essential Skills / Qualifications:
Technical AS, or equivalent experience, Higher National Certificate (HNC) (UK).
Related professional work experience in the Oil & Gas industry including 5 years of recent Technical / administration experience on Major Capital Projects.
Experience with reviewing and maintaining project records.
Experience with liaising with third party agencies and/or contractors.
Successful Major Capital Projects experience associated with facilities, procurement, engineering, construction and/or operations.
Ability to develop and/or execute new systems and processes.
Business administration or Technical background.
Experience working within multicultural and multidiscipline department teams on large major capital projects.
Experienced in maintaining data record management systems, for reports, invoicing and department administration.
Recognized as providing positive team environment where people want to work.
Enables people to contribute their best and fosters learning.
