The Role:
We are looking for an experienced technical, Quality Assurance Records Analyst to join a major oil and gas major. This is a key role within an established project team which will see you implement and maintain a tracking system of Quality Assurance records, covering project assurance activities (audits and reviews), project learnings, and interface management. The tracking system is being implemented to manage and close out recommendations and actions in support of the above activities.

The main key objectives of the processes to be supported by this position are as follows:
o Project Assurance Plan
o Interface Management Plan
o Project Learnings Procedure
o Project Quality Plan
o Team Quality Plans
o Technical Integrity verification Plan
o Regulatory Compliance Plan
o Design Verification Plan
o MIMS Plan

Main Responsibilities:
• Line reports to the Interface Lead, within the QA team.
• Coordinate with the Interface Lead to obtain the participation and documentation required from company project groups and contractors personnel.
• Maintains a system for the acquisition of records of project assurance, interface management and project learnings activities
• Maintains a system for the tracking of status and close-out of issues and actions, depicting the chronological progress of each item.
• Periodically inquiry status to interface/actions owners, documents progress or close-out, and generates status reports.
• Works with the Project Document Control function to ensure all the assurance and interface related documentation is properly collected and filed as required for future audits and/or records retention.

Key Tasks & Targets:
• Maintains the database system provided for the acquisition of records of assurance, interface and lessons learned activities.
• Communicates items of concern on a daily basis to the interface lead.
• Generate Monthly status reports.
• Update progress in databases as information is received from activities/actions owners.
• Coordinate with various project departments regarding TIV support and communications.
• Obtain updates from the related discipline engineers and contractors regarding required submittal deliverables.
• Serve as focal point for gathering data from various groups in order to update the project interfaces and actions registers.
• Participate in meetings when required.
• Participate in audit of Contractors interface and action tracking systems

Essential Skills / Qualifications:
• Possess a Bachelor’s Degree or a minimum of 5+ years experience working for an Oil & Gas Operator, EPCM or relevant Engineering company.

Desirable Skills / Qualifications:
• Additional Requirements:
 Proficiency in English
 Strong skills in Microsoft Excel and database/data management software
 Previous experience in Quality Assurance or Project Controls.
 Strong Interpersonal Skills
 Strong Problem Solving Skills
 Excellent communication skills, both in both written and oral
 Demonstrated capability to proactively implement plans and follow through with sustained execution
 Ability to work with a multi-disciplinary team / Team work
