The Company:
A leading Australian coal seam gas explorer and producer focused on developing its world-class reserves for domestic and international supply.

The Role:
- This role will support to QA Manager in developing and producing technical and user communications that meet company standards and objectives.

- Support the QA Manager in developing the required documentation in accordance with company policies and procedures, industry and international standards to meet ISO 9001 and ISO 14001 requirements Interpret and implement quality assurance standard.
- Develop and roll out Process worksheet.
- Translation of business needs into user instructions - create QA plans, procedures and processes.
- Produce concise and accurate quality assurance policies and procedures.
- Review quality assurance standards, study existing policies and procedures, and interview personnel and customers to evaluate effectiveness of quality assurance program.
- Compile statistical data and write narrative reports summarising quality assurance findings.
- Prepare monthly reports and action plans and update in the corporate reporting system.
- Assist departments with the coordination of audit information, and recommend appropriate data-gathering mechanisms, procedures, etc Identify areas requiring change or alteration and develop solutions, as required, including the training of concerned personnel.
- Ensure all staff are briefed on all related policies and procedures Monitor unusual occurrences, report follow-up procedures, and report monthly.

Essential Skills / Qualifications:
- Previous experience in a similar position.
- Demonstrated experience in developing QA plans, procedures and processes.
- Prior experience with Project Management systems essential.
- Tertiary qualifications in a relevant degree (Communications, Marketing or Business Management) or currently studying towards degree.
- Intermediate to Advanced skills in Microsoft Office applications including Word, Excel and PowerPoint Understanding of ISO standards and requirements.

Desirable Skills / Qualifications:
- Experience in the Oil & Gas industry
