The Company:
A large reputable oil & gas operator based in the heart of city of KL is looking to fill this role.

The Role:
The QAQC Engineer is responsible for:
 Establish and maintaining Company Quality Management System manual. To ensure
 implementation of QMS within company and main contractor.
 To prepare company Quality policy, company QAQC procedures and specification.
 To conduct a quality audit on company’s PMT, main contractor and vendor.
 To support SCM in preparing contract deliverables and as part of TBE team where necessary.
 To support SCM in monitoring QAQC requirements for owner supply material and LLI.
 Manage and coordinate inspection services contract local and overseas.
 To manage and coordinate source inspection.
 To review and approve contractor PQP, ITP and work procedures. To monitor and ensure
 contractors are successfully and in timely manner are able to carry out every inspections as per
 installation plan and Inspection test plan (ITP).
 Leading, managing and motivating teams of QAQC personnel at onshore and offshore.
 Where necessary to conduct QAQC assessment on vendor facility.
 To attend and participate in weekly progress meeting. To attend contractor Kick off meeting
 whenever necessary.
 Validate and review contractor’s QAQC reporting and statistic.
 Ensure that the work is performed in accordance with Company safety and environmental
 requirements.
 Continually promote project and Company core EHS values.

i) Kuala Lumpur Office
a Monday – Friday
Office hours commence from 0800 to 0900 hours. Employee need to clock in 9 hours (including 1 hour lunch break).
b Weekends
Saturday & Sunday
ii) Kemaman Supply Base (KSB), Terengganu
a. Sunday – Thursday
Office hours commence from 0800 to 0900 hours. Employee need to clock in 9 hours (including 1 hour lunch break).

b Weekends
Friday & Saturday
iii) Offshore Work Site
CONTRACTOR Personnel shall work twelve (12) hours per day, seven (7) days per week in accordance with the following rotational basis: Working days : 28 calendar days Off days : 28 calendar days
This rotation will imply to all those that require to work on rotational basis.

Essential Skills / Qualifications:
Degree/Diploma in Engineering/Management/Business Required

Professional Certification
CSWIP 3.1 (current & valid) Recommended
CSWIP 3.2 (current & valid) Recommended
CSWIP 3.4 (current & valid) Optional
Certified Auditor Required
API 570 & API 510 Optional
API 653 Optional
CSWIP Level II AUT data Interpreter Optional

Relevant industrial experience
Minimum 10 years working experience inclusive of 7
years oil and gas/Construction industries working

ASME IX, ASME II, ASME V & Pressure Vessel Code Required
ASME B31 Series Required
AWS D1.1, API 1104 Required
ASTM Required
NACE Painting Specs Optional
Mechanical catalogues general assembly (GA),
