The Role:
• To conduct applicator personnel and procedure qualification test & acceptance for paint, fire proofing and insulation work.
• To prepare application and inspection procedure for paint, fire proofing and insulation work.
• To prepare quality plan and inspection test plan for paint, fire proofing and insulation work.
• Ensure Procedural Instructions & Inspection and Test Plan’s are applied at site.
• Plan and Coordinate Inspection Activities with sufficient and on-time service to construction is provided daily.
• Coordinate and ensure inspection reports are generated following construction page and progressively filed into project Turn Over Folder or project MDR.
• Ensure Paint, Fire Proofing and Insulation work are carried out as required by Company & Client requirements.
• Ensure progressive & on time obtaining or release of paint-work and insulation-work for subsequent work.
• Support QC Inspection Team Lead / Supervisor to ensure modular preparation for shipment including documentation and AQIS activities & compliance

Essential Skills / Qualifications:
NACE Level-3 or NACE Advance PC Specialist, or ICCOR Level-3 or SSPC CPCS or CSWIP BGAS Level-1 (Highest) in Coatings
English Communication both written and spoken is a must
Able to communicate daily activities through email, including reporting
>7 Years in Oil & Gas Inspection and minimum 3 years as Senior or Supervisor Position
Experience in LNG / refinery modularization or construction is added value.

Desirable Skills / Qualifications:
Conversant with code & standard relate to paint inspection & testing i.e. NACE, SS, SSPC, ISO, AS and ASTM.
Capable to lead Products Qualification Test
Conversant with insulation code & standard CINI, ASTM, PIP & NIA
Certification in ISO Auditor or Audit skill is added value.
