The Company:
A multi-national Oil and Gas Operator involved in a World Class Expansion Development being fabricated in Korea.

The Role:
Responsibilities include but are not limited to:
• Support all HES Activities / Initiatives
• Observe for unsafe acts / unsafe conditions and raise observation cards.
• Participate in Behavioral Based Safety (BBS).
• Fully support and participate in all Injury and Incident Free (IIF) initiatives.
• Compliance with Ethics policies.
• Adheres to Project Execution Procedures.
• Reporting to Quality Manager –Okpo Yard
• Monitor implementation of company, project and sub-contract HSE policies and procedures
• The ACHE QC Supervisor, will be responsible to supervise and coordinate the activities of multi discipline QC-Inspectors at both the ACHE assembly yard and CPI receiving inspectors at the Project CDP Warehouse
• Supervise verification and monitoring of contractor and sub-contractors ACHE quality control activities to include receiving inspection, mechanical and electrical installation, punch and final inspection.
• Review and verify manufacturing records for accuracy including as built drawings
• Manage receiving inspection activities at the CDP Warehouse including establishing the master receiving inspection matrix requirements, checklists and surveillance activities
• Supervise inspection of identified CPI materials and equipment in accordance with the receiving inspection plan to confirm physical characteristics and documentation are in accordance with the design specifications and data sheets.
• Liase with the appropriate QC leads for equipment, electrical and instrumentation to establish baseline receiving inspection requirements for company provided equipment and materials.
• Supervise monitoring and verification of material and equipment storage and preservation
• Review and approve all receiving inspection Nonconformances and expedite closure through the Materials Manager and Engineering.
• Administer and oversee PMI of Company-provided Items at the CDP Warehouse.
• Train all company inspectors if/when required.
• Ensure all company inspectors have complete familiarity with project requirements applicable to the work they inspect.
• Ensure area inspectors have the proper qualification and certification for the work they inspect
• Review all contractors ‘ACHE assembly ITP’s and method statements.
• Monitor and verify that all inspections and testing activities are carried out according to approved ITP’s
• Monitor process controls for welding and NDE of all equipment plinth fabrication activities
• Verify equipment is inspected after completion to ensure all components are per the drawing and report deficiencies on the pre-hydro punch list
• Supervise witness pressure tests including verification of temperature, pressure and calibration of test instrumentation, safety devices and verify leak tightness
• Conduct reinstatement walk down and log outstanding items on the punch list
• Liaise with client and RA to coordinate ITP activities in accordance with documented and planned requirements
• Provide daily, weekly, fortnightly progress reports to the fabrication team as required.
• Demonstrated background and knowledge of industry codes such as, API RP-686, ASME Section V, VIII and IX, AWS D1.1. Awareness regarding requirements of ISO 10005, EN3834-2 and others applicable to responsibilities.
• Tertiary/trade qualifications in a related discipline.
