The Company:
Our global leading client is seeking highly skilled, experienced & capable contract international employees to work on a large multinational complex oil & gas project.

The Role:
The QC Supervisor is responsible for assist SURF QA/QC leader in the following tasks:
Perform QC surveillance in all valve suppliers & sub-suppliers in ITALY.
Manage its coverage in accordance with head of QA/QC in order to cover all critical activities.
Implement the Company survey coverage and identified needs for specialist assistance.
Continuous monitoring & reporting of Contractor’s & suppliers performance in achieving the requirements.
Control that Quality documentation is properly documented and the progress of final documentation build-up.
Close monitoring of Contractor’s & supplier’s NCR & CAR. Propose issuance of Company Corrective Action Request when necessary.
Assess Contractor acceptance/release of the goods before delivery

HSEQ responsibilities:
Support and enforce the HSEQ Project objectives and directives Support and implement the Project HSEQ management system (plans, procedures and specifications).
Continuous monitoring of Contractor and suppliers performance and proposed any modification, improvement, corrective actions deemed necessary. Close monitoring of any NCR, CAR issued up to satisfactory closure.
Review & mark-up Contractor Inspection Test Plan.
Liaises with head of QA/QC & package Engineers & Planning Engineer.
Closed monitoring, checking of Material certificates & sub supplier certificate in accordance with Contract requirements
Prepare and issue weekly report for each PO on all Quality surveillance & procurement (expediting) activities & final documentation progress. When necessary issued flash report.
Follow up each valve traceability. Issued & maintain a traceability matrix for each valve in order to be able to trace any component and certificate.

Essential Skills / Qualifications:
Qualification: Educated to degree level or higher in a related subject.
Experience: Minimum 5 years experience in oil and gas & follow up of Subsea ball valves,
