The Role:
•Generates and promotes a positive Quality, Health and Safety culture
•Provides QHSE advice and guidance
•Ensures that all safety legislation is adhered to and all relevant policies and practices are adopted
•Helps to plan, implement, monitor and review the protective and preventative measures that Schilling Robotics follows in accordance with its management systems
•Ensures that operational losses, occupational health problems, accidents and injuries are kept to a minimum
•Implements and upkeeps Schilling Robotics quality procedures and documents in accordance with Schilling management systems and legislation
•Responsible for the oversight of all facility management functions
•Ensures QHSE projects are delivered safely
•Maintains UK QHSE certification
•Participates in accident and incident investigations onshore and offshore of relating to FSE
•Supports business development particularly support of tenders
•Updates and Maintenance of the Schilling Robotics QHSE System
•Liaises with external bodies on QHSE matters
•Advisor to business lines ensuring client’s needs are met in relation to QHSE matters
•Identifies potential QHSE weaknesses and shortcomings in the management systems
•Undertakes and supports all JSA for departments within the company
•Assists in the development and implementation of QHSE objectives and targets in line with company QHSE strategy
•Performs other related duties are requested or assigned

Essential Skills / Qualifications:
•NEBOSH certification or equivalent qualification required
•Previous experience in a similar position
•Experience of risk management and responding to incidents
•Understanding and experience of ISO 9001 standards
•Excellent level of computer literacy, communication and presentation skills
•Ability to liaise with all level within the Company and Client organisations
•Strong team player
•Use initiative and be able to work with minimal supervision
•Knowledge and understanding of regulatory requirements
•Safety Case knowledge/experience
•Inspection and audit experience of Safety Management System
•QHSE skills sufficient to deliver a high level of safety behaviour management
•Knowledge of the “STOP” preferred
•Supplier quality auditing experience preferred
