The Company:

The Role:
Duties will include:-
Providing QHSE support and advice to the site project delivery team including Subcontractors
Ensure compliance with Health and Safety legislation on site.
Manage, monitor and issue permits to work
Ensure robust Risk Assessments and Method Statements are in place
Undertake tool box talks.
Undertake Site Inductions in conjunction with the Site Managers.
As required, fulfil Site Manager Role for Cover for Site Managers holiday/sickness.
Coordinate and implement Occupation health questionnaires and screening.
Define and maintain the training & competency records for site staff.
Undertake site audits including subcontractors to monitor performance & identify areas for improvement.
Lead site health and safety strategies and campaigns linked to key business objectives & targets for implementation internally & through supply chain partners.
Produce monthly QHSE KPIs and management information for review and action by CMS project management team.

Essential Skills / Qualifications:
QHSE professional with construction project experience.
NEBOSH National Certificate in Construction
Strong organizational & communication skills
Conversant with relevant ISO & OHSAS standards
Experienced in the operation & management of quality and business management systems
Computer literate & proficient IT skills

Desirable Skills / Qualifications:
NEBOSH Diploma
HV power systems experience
Environmental Qualification e.g. IEMA
