The Role:
The QHSE department provides the framework for managing quality, health, safety and environmental issues throughout the organisation. This reflects companies QHSE Policy and operating practices, ensuring QHSE risks are minimised throughout all our business activities.

Reporting to the Drilling Manager (day to day), with a functional report to the QHSE Manager the Drilling, Completions and Interventions (DCI) QA/QC Coordinator acts as quality lead for the development and implementation of all DCI QA/QC systems, programmes and activities in accordance with the Well Construction Management Process, Company Quality Policy and ISO 9001 standard.
•Lead the development and implementation of the risk-based DCI quality systems and programmes; acting as quality champion and change agent, promoting the profile and importance of quality issues.
•Overall coordination of the QC Engineers, including inspection activities related to service contractors equipment as required; tubular running services casing, tubing, drill, pipe, drill collars, various bottom hole assembly, coring equipment, fishing components, directional drilling tools, RCD devices, coil-tubing and wire line conveyed tools.
•Provide assistance to the DCI audit schedule by leading quality audits and reviews that form part of the project's quality plan.
•Coordinate root cause analysis on quality issues to identify and record systemic improvements.
•Provide guidance on interface arrangements with third parties and specialist quality surveillance and control contractors and consultants.
•Provide input to DCI reports identifying quality performance measures, issues, and trends.
•Develop Quality resource and audit plans to manage contractors and suppliers quality performance across all DCI phases.

Essential Skills / Qualifications:
•Degree/HNC or equivalent qualified in an engineering or scientific discipline, with a focus on technical QA/QC, risk management and internal control issues
•Have held technical supervisory / operational positions within the oil and gas industry, some with a DCI QA/QC experience
