The Role:
A new opportunity has arisen for a QMS Technical Advisor with a comprehensive knowledge of the QMS and interfaces with teams responsible for quarantine deliverables within the project.

This position is principally accountable for the design, technical review and consultation with internal and external stakeholders of quarantine procedures, guidelines, specification and management plans for the transition period to Phase 5 Operations.

• Provide guidance and advice on developing a risk based QMS for Phase 5 Operations.
• In preparedness for Phase 5 Operations develop a work program to enact technical revision of the QMS (including capturing lessons learned) and associated lower tier operational documents. Engage and coordinate a network of internal and external resources to ensure revised documents align with the OEMS framework and are fit for purpose.
• Interface with multiple project disciplines (e.g. Legal, PGPA, SCM, HES, IS, RFLNG, HR) to ensure shared understanding of the quarantine requirements in preparation for Phase 5.
• Assist with the transition of legacy quarantine data and design of an appropriate data capture mechanism for Phase 5 quarantine activities to ensure regulatory requirements and ministerial conditions continue to be met.
• Act as a historical reference pertaining to the development of the QMS and associated documents. Provide day to day guidance to the owner’s team, EPCM's, Drilling and Completions, Wheatstone and other relevant stakeholders on Ministerial Conditions, QMS commitments, and quarantine procedures and specifications.
• Assist with the development, analysis and reporting of key performance metrics to determine efficacy and effectiveness of the QMS

Essential Skills / Qualifications:
Education: BS preferred or equivalent experience
5 years plus of industry related experience, familiarity with Operational Excellence Management Systems and ISO 14001:2004 Environmental Management Systems, development of road maps for business process transformation

Desirable Skills / Qualifications:
Technical writing skills, documentation design, effective communicator and interpersonal skills
