The Role:
We are currently looking to recruit a Qualification Technician for our client based in Teesside.

As a Qualification Technician you will undertake tasks to maintain the qualified status of manufacturing equipment and systems across all facilities MF1/2/3/4, CBF, MCB. The role provides the following opportunity;
•Train and develop valuable skill and experience
•Interface with internal or external technical experts
•Generate subject matter expertise
•Deliver highly visible and business critical activities

The job holder will receive training from internal and external experts on how to qualify and requalify the following systems;
•HVAC & Cabinets
•Thermal mapping
•Cold Chains
•Fermenter & Vessel SIP
•Compressed air systems
•Water & Steam systems
•Principles of Validation

This role is suitable for someone seeking a development opportunity through which new skills and experience will be developed providing opportunity for career development across the business.

Principal Accountabilities;
•Maintain qualified status for GMP utilities across all manufacturing assets.
•Trend and analyse availability and qualification status of the GMP utilities. Support the Asset Maintenance Group in making improvements to system availability.
•Support improvements to GMP utility systems through the execution of improvement plants, utilizing knowledge of process performance and risks.
•Resolve operational problems such as deviations / QIPs/CAPAs by acting as System Owner.
•Interface with internal or external technical experts and peers to maintain a broad knowledge of the technology and regulatory issues which impact on GMP utilities.
•Promote the Manufacturing Engineering Group’s purpose competencies and activities to the company community.
