The Role:
• Administration, monitoring, improvement and maintenance of existing document management databases.
• Provides technical support to Document Administrators.
• Able to manage and record deliverables with a high level of accuracy.

Essential Skills / Qualifications:
Administration and/or document control
Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel etc)
Previous experience in document formatting, and data input / handling
Clear and effective oral and written skills
Good communicator, reader and writer
A pleasant and articulate manner
Ability to work well within a team and independently
Experience in working with databases and document administration
