The Company:
Our Client provides oilfield products, systems and services for customers in the oil and gas industry world-wide. The Role:
As part of the Contract review process establish Compliance Matrix between the identified contract requirements and the Project Operating System inclusive PEM (where applicable).
Review project specific standards, rules, regulations and other requirements given by contract, authorities, industrial standards etc. and ensure a system is in place to monitor that the contract specifications are implemented and documented.
Establish Project Quality Plan.
Provide Quality input to Project Strategy including Quality Objectives and Quality KPIs (where applicable).
Establish Project Audit Plan
Establish Project Homepage
Establish Project Improvement Plan based on contract improvement ambitions
Establish Quality training programme for project personnel.
Day-to-day activities:- This description covers the day to day activities regarding quality, monitoring, analysis and improvements, including to:
Prepare quality related reports to: project, steering committee, client etc. as required
Establish and maintain a system for monitoring and measuring of customer satisfaction.
Establish and maintain a system for monitoring, handling and follow up of Non-Conformances and, if required, report quality incidents directly into client system.
Establish and maintain a system for monitoring, handling and follow up of suggestions for improvements.
Establish and maintain a system for monitoring and measuring of project Key Performance Indicators (KPI) including indicators to be reported to client.
Ensure the preparation of project experience report (Lessons Learned), including collection of experience data and providing of improvement & non-conformance input.
Ensure that the project organisation understands the routines for registration and reporting of quality incidents and improvement initiatives (Synergi).
Follow-up and monitor status of corrective and preventive actions related to quality incidents and improvement initiatives (Synergi).
Liaise with client's quality management representative.
Follow-up project improvement plan and ensure implantation of improvements.
Analysis, reporting and trending of quality incidents.
Perform quality related training.
Vendors/Sub-contractors:- involvement in procurement activities in respect of:
Criticality Assessment
Invitation to tender / Inquiry
Supplier Document Review
Kick off meetings/Pre-production meetings
Interfaces/liaison with QS function
Clarify with Client, contractual expectations regarding purpose, extent and scope for the supplier audits; Report planned audits of suppliers/sub-contractors to a central project register; Plan, perform, report and follow-up external audits in accordance with relevant procedure; Verify that the Quality Control function (where relevant) is working in accordance with the Quality Plan and report the findings in accordance with contract and relevant procedure.

Interface with Regulatory/Verification Bodies (if required):- Depending on the project scope of work, contractual responsibilities, regulatory requirements and risks involved.

Essential Skills / Qualifications:
Educated to minimum HNC level preferred
