The Company:
Our client is an Engineering Services company, who are an international technical consultancy, providing a range of services including licence to operate, asset management, manufacturing improvement and capital investment to customers in the chemical, petrochemical, oil & gas, pharmaceutical, manufacturing and consumer industries worldwide

The Role:
The role is essentially to support the Quality Manager in maintaining the management system and generating quality plans

Driving open actions determined by QA manager with regards to implementing continuous improvement strategy
Support managing and improving Business Management System (BMS)
Compiling management reports and KPI data
Drive open non-conformance with owners to closure.
Write, develop and maintain quality control plans
Support QA manager with providing tender quotes
Capable of performing both Project and Process auditing
Drive quality metrics as per client business plan.
Support QA manager with any ad hoc initiatives required.
Provide coaching to project delivery teams in all aspects of Quality Assurance to embed a culture of continuous improvement
Liaising with Client or partner representatives for all aspects of Quality Assurance
Manage Quality audit and inspection plans, both on site and at suppliers’ premises during manufacture and product verification stages (FAT) and at regular intervention points

Essential Skills / Qualifications:
The role requires a good knowledge and experience of quality management systems including ISO Standard (9000 series).
Capable of performing system and project audits.
Good verbal and written communication skills being able to communicate at all levels within the organization.
Experience of process mapping and implementing, monitoring & improving processes.
A good level of IT literacy is essential
