The Role:
Role purpose:

To provide support and assist in the quality awareness, performance and improvement within the Business.

Key Accountabilities:

• Provide advice and coaching to the Business Sector personnel on Quality issues.
• Ensure compliance with ISO 9001 and other client / industry requirements.
• Work closely with the other members of the BBUS Assurance Team to share best practice and monitor compliance.
• Assist in the monitoring and continual improvement of quality performance.

Key Responsibilities:

• Represent the business in Client interfaces.
• Promotion of Customer Focus and awareness of customer requirements.
• Promotion & communication of the client's Quality Policy.
• Involvement in Quality Management System Reviews.
• Facilitating change throughout the Business Sectors in line with business needs.
• Challenging current systems and processes to ensure best practice and continual improvement.
• Implementing effective root cause analysis and corrective action.
• Facilitation of quality related improvement initiatives.
• Provision of quality related training and awareness.
• Production of appropriate reports and management information.

• Assurance Team
• Client representatives
• 3rd Parties
• Customers
• Business Sector Operations Teams

Essential Skills / Qualifications:
Skills Required:

Essential
• Proven experience in Quality Management.
• Trained Internal or Lead Auditor (IREA)
• Training and facilitation skills and experience.
• Computer literacy.
• Proven experience of problem solving

Desirable
• Experience of working within the utilities industry
