The Company:
Our Client is an International Company involved in the supply of Energy globally. Their Operations cover Exploration, Production and Downstream and at present they have projects in over 30 Countries worldwide.In Australia they are involved in one of the Country's largest LNG Projects, including both Gas and Condensate which is currently in Construction Stage.

The Role:
We are currently looking for an experienced Quality Advisor to join a leading Oil & Gas operator here in Perth. This role will see you become an integral part of a well established HSEQ Team. Under the direction of the Senior Quality Advisor, this position will act as the main QA/QC representative to support the companies on going operations.

Your primary responsibilities include but are not limited to:
Ensuring the welfare of personnel and the protection of assets and the environment at all times, conduct all activities in a safe and efficient manner in accordance with the company’s policies and procedures.
Provide Technical expertise in relation to the inspection and testing of a wide range of spare components and / or assemblies
Coordinate the effective use of third party inspection resources based on the applicable workloads and /or the need for specialized inspection disciplines.
Review and approve all applicable documentation supplied for spare components and assemblies. In order to establish compliance against the applicable codes / standards. This may include material certification, test and/or inspection records and/or full assembly MDRs.
Lead the development of the companies quality management processes and procedures relative to planned and unplanned maintenance / shutdown activities, and the procurement of contracted engineered, fabricated and/or manufactured products.
Provide input into the continual improvement of the overall company quality management processes and procedures.
Provide input and guidance in relation to quality assurance and control to other internal stakeholders where necessary. This may include but not limited to Operations, Integrity, Maintenance, Preservation and Offshore.
Accurately complete all assigned contract and/or PO SME reviews and approvals within their prescribed timeframes.
Coordinate and execute prescribed contract RQPs inclusive of Contractor deliverable reviews, audits and close out actions.

Essential Skills / Qualifications:
To be considered for this position you will be able to demonstrate the following skills and experience:

Diploma or Certificate in Engineering (Mechanical / Electrical /Metallurgy) or equivalent.
Recognized Auditor Qualification
Industry recognized Inspection, Supervision or NDT Qualifications
Demonstrable experience in coordinating QC inspections on a wide range of components and assemblies.
Demonstrable experience in relation to the warehousing and management of spare components and/or assemblies to support an operational environment.
Working knowledge of the spare parts cataloguing process within SAP inclusive of QA/QC interfaces.
Demonstrable experience in the review of applicable certification for components / assemblies in order to establish compliance against the applicable codes and/or standards.
Demonstrable experience in developing accurate contract Quality requirements for Operations contracts based on criticality and recommended quality programs.
