The Company:
Our Client is an International Company involved in the supply of Energy globally. Their Operations cover Exploration, Production and Downstream and at present they have projects in over 30 Countries worldwide.In Australia they are involved in one of the Country's largest LNG Projects, including both Gas and Condensate which is currently in Construction Stage.

The Role:
We are currently looking for an experienced Quality Advisor to join a leading Oil & Gas operator here in Perth. This role will see you become an integral part of a well established HSEQ Team. Under the direction of the Lead QA/QC Advisor, this position will provide QA/QC support to the companies central Quality Team and its Australian assets.

Your primary responsibilities include but are not limited to:

Ensuring the welfare of personnel and the protection of assets and the environment at all times, conduct all activities in a safe and efficient manner in accordance with the company’s policies and procedures.
Accurately complete all assigned contract and/or PO SME reviews and approvals within their prescribed timeframes.
Coordinate and execute prescribed contract RQPs inclusive of Contractor deliverable reviews, audits and close out actions.
Conduct training of Quality personnel in the Action Tracking System.
Provide support to Project Packages (e.g. CARs, NCRs MDR's).
Management of NCR process and system.
Provide Quality focal point contact for the C&P related activities.
Coordinate development and updates of Quality processes and liaising with HSEQ-MS, BMS and PMS groups.
Conduct assigned internal and external Quality Audits, analysing and reporting trends, and performance issues.
Coordinate and conduct quarterly Quality Management Review and Monthly Quality KPI Dashboard reporting.

Essential Skills / Qualifications:
To be considered for this position you will be able to demonstrate the following skills and experience:

Degree, Diploma or Certificate in Engineering.
Recognized Auditor Qualification with demonstrable experience in participating in audits
Minimum of 5 years’ QA/QC experience in the Oil & Gas industry, preferably applying Quality requirements and principles within operational and/or corporate environment
Strong understanding of Quality Assurance principles and a process based approach to managing Quality.
Demonstrable experience in the development and management of Quality Assurance processes and procedures within the wider “end to end” process.
Demonstrable experience in developing accurate contract Quality requirements for goods and/or services contracts based on equipment criticality contract risk.
Demonstrable experience in executing post award prescribed quality requirements for goods and/or services contracts.
