The Company:

The Role:
•Develop project specific procedures and the overall Quality Management System on the project and implement them.
•Be the Custodian of this Project Quality Plan, the Project Quality Delivery Plan and the Project Control and Assurance Plan.
•Maintain the integrity of the Quality Management System (QMS), ensuring changes are planned, reviewed, implemented, recorded and communicated among the Project Team.
•Identify and capture Quality risks.
•Coordinate the procurement quality with suppliers, including bidder evaluation, input to contracts and purchase orders, bid evaluations, pre-award assessments.
•Agree post contract award supplier quality assurance alignment meetings and monitor compliance with contract and quality requirements.
•Review of supplier and sub suppliers documentation such as quality plans and inspection and test plans.
•Liaise with supplier quality management representatives to agree quality requirements and compliance with contractual obligations.
•Support, conduct and report on internal, external & project-specific audits and reviews, where required, in accordance with an approved audit schedule and specific project requirements.
•Implement and maintain reporting for the KPI dashboard.
•Assist in the implementation of improvement activities across the project where required

Essential Skills / Qualifications:
•Oil & Gas Industry Experience including Quality Management on Major Projects.
•A recognised Quality Assurance or Quality Management qualification or HNC/HND or equivalent in an engineering discipline.
•Formal training in the ISO 9000 Standards. Experience of implementing quality procedures and monitoring compliance Proven ability in Quality Management principles and methods for evaluation, control and follow up of sub-contractors/suppliers
