The Role:
Responsible for the overall quality of components and equipment for the projects
 Provide technical support and guidance to assure product quality and conformance.
 Assure that the appropriate Quality plans are in place to meet requirements.
 Analyze QA staffing needs, maintain competent manpower talent, prepare operating budgets, control expenses, perform annual personnel reviews, publish reports on quality indicators, and monitor staff performance.
 Develop, and lead, supplier quality inspection procedures.
 Develop, implement, update, and review appropriate internal procedures
 Provide design improvement support to the engineering department, train field service personnel on quality systems and Xxxx products.
 Train and mentor employees on ISO 9001 and ISO 14001 tools and methodologies
 Provide information on quality tools and methodologies to all levels of the organization
 Monitor and evaluate our supplier’s quality programs
 Monitor and evaluate suppliers’ manufacturing processes
 Lead FMEA studies on suppliers and Xxxx’s manufacturing lines
 Providing support to other departments creating product lifecycle flow charts, inspection sheets, travelers
 Continuously improving our Quality Management System
 Ensuring the calibration and accuracy of measurement devices
 Providing periodic progress reports to the management

Essential Skills / Qualifications:
Bachelors degree, or 10 years of progressive quality assurance experience
 Knowledge of general manufacturing processes, machining practices, engineering drawings, schematics, specs, test methods
 Able to effectively manage multiple activities simultaneously.
 Strong organizational, and analytical, skills required.
 Excellent communication and team work skills with internal and external customers, and suppliers
 Minimum three years of quality assurance experience with advanced knowledge in quality assurance systems and processes, conventional QC inspection tools
 Able to travel as required in Thailand and internationally
• Computer expertise in MS Office, Outlook, Word, PowerPoint and Excel; familiarity with Microsoft Project and Access a plus;( web-savvy.?)
