The Company:
Japanese manufacturing company is looking for young Quality Assurance staff with 1-3 years of experience. Roles are based in Hai Phong, Vietnam
Only applications from candidates who already hold the rights to work in Vietnam will be considered

The Role:
Maintain the quality system as established by the Quality System Manual, audit the quality system for effectiveness
Assist in the development of manufacturing department targets, goals, and quality cost data
Assist in vendor and customer survey and surveillance programs
Provide administration and leadership in the department quality audits and corrective action programs
Establish individual audits and prepare and maintain manufacturing audits
Assign, assist, and perform the periodic audits and reporting
Follow-up, and assist in the corrective action programs
Take active role in customer oriented quality system audits and surveys
Administer follow-up and corrective action plans
Administer the configuration management system
Develop new concepts, ideas, and method to improve activity and take initiative on items within sphere of activity

Essential Skills / Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree from an accredited university
Experience in Quality System programs and Quality Engineering functions or in a Manufacturing Quality role maintaining Quality System programs and performing Quality Engineering function

Desirable Skills / Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in Engineering
Ability to analyze problems and identify root causes
Ability to handle diverse activities simultaneously
Knowledge of ISO standard, quality procedures and audit techniques
Knowledge of Quality control concepts and their application
• Strong interpersonal and leadership skills
• Japanese speaking is plus
