The Role:
We are currently recruiting for a Quality Co-ordinator on a staff basis based at our client’s Aberdeen offices.
The role will include the following:
Provide day to day support to the Quality Manager, and the wider HSEQ department.
Responsible for liaising with AOPL personnel at all levels on a day-to-day basis to ensure that all aspects of Quality and HSE are being adequately supported.
Monitoring / Coordination of Quality Data (including Synergi)
Liaise regularly with key personnel in projects to collate accurate data.
Report figures and trends to Quality Manager.
Contribute to AOPL Quality and HSE improvement plan targets.
Coordination of external audits.
Internal audit schedule maintenance.
Provide support to Quality Manager & HSEQ Manager as required.
Provide support to Quality Advisors as required.
Operating System maintenance.
Assist with procedure audits, reviews & updates.
Assist with FPAL reviews & updates.
Liaise with 3rd party inspection and expediting agencies to fulfil Project required assignments.
Create requisitions (on behalf of QC) for inspection and expediting assignments.
Maintain electronic and hard copy filing of inspection and expediting reports.
Update the Project Audit Schedule monthly on AKiMS.
Create and distribute audit notifications, and prepare for audits as specified by Lead QA Engineer.
Update and distribute NCR Register weekly.

Emergency Response:
Coordination & management of EmCo rota and associated documents
Maintenance / audits of ER & RR rooms

Produce monthly MOR report.
Update WorkSafe Card register.
Monitor HSE email account.
Coordination of HSE Inductions.
Manage / maintain HSEQ drives & reports.
Update Quality holiday planner.
Record & issue action lists from meetings.
Involvement with PEM/Akims group as required

Essential Skills / Qualifications:
Good secondary education
Quality related training / coaching
Microsoft Office – Excel, Word, PowerPoint
