The Role:
• Supports the Jacket QC Lead in the administration of quality, health, safety, security, environment regulatory and risk for site project delivery at BDJF
• Provides technical and office administration support to the Company HSE Team at BDJF
• General Administration: prints hand-outs of various docs for team members, contact lists, posting calendars and schedules;
• Ensures copy of Quality Monthly Report is issued to PMT team
• Provides communications via copying and maintaining printing and distribution of information to the PMT/quality teams
• Reviews, checks, archives folders and stores various items; regularly updates/maintains registers
• Post and Mail: maintains delivered Items and tracks deliveries; arranges courier packages and outgoing QC mail as requested.
• Printing: ensures good housekeeping around printer, removes unnecessary papers and faxes/letters
• Provides service support to QC Lead on BDJF and Project health, safety and environmental performance.
• Ensures the management of incident register and Monthly/Weekly QA/QC reports
• Enters data into Company systems as required
• Manages site inspections program as directed by QC Lead
• Actively participates/monitors quality initiatives first-hand in the construction yard
• Ensures that quality-related Action Items are addressed/closed in a timely manner
• Demonstrates basic skill and character prerequisites on an on-going basis
• Administrator supporting the Quality Control Lead & functions at BDJF
• Maintainer of technical library and collated updated project specifications &drawings
• Maintainer of the management of register of Monthly/Weekly quality reports
• Collator and administrator/maintainer of:
o Site inspections program (site surveillance reports)
o Action tracking with contractor
o Data entry into Client systems as required
o Quality function PMT training and competency programs
• Aligner of QC rotas and general QC administrative support

Essential Skills / Qualifications:
• Previous Quality control administrative experience in the oil and gas industry – preferably fabrication related.
• Previous experience of working within a project QA/QC team environment
• Recognised ability of understanding of quality requirements in respect to welding, materials, pressure testing and final as-built documentation
• Ability to read technical drawings, compiling QC drawing files, updating and maintaining same
• Russian language skills
• Experience in quality matters within Oil and Gas projects
• Ability to take and report minutes of meetings if required
• Good understanding of MS Word, Excel and PowerPoint
• Hands on Experience of developing and operating spread sheets
• Capable of undertaking statistical data analysis
• Ability to assist QC Lead in maintaining quality reporting to Client management
