The Company:
Manufacturing company is looking for a young and experience Vietnamese candidate for their production in Long An, Vietnam.

The Role:
REPORTS TO Innovation Team Leader, Asia Quality Director
INDUSTRY: bicycle manufacturing

The Position will partner with Product Development/Engineering teams and be responsible for continuous Quality improvement and new product launch to production. The role will involve process auditing, data analysis, quality issue investigation, and driving process improvements.

- Conduct Quality audits including audits findings reports, determining corrective actions and closing out audit findings.
- Develop SPC (Statistical Process Control) monitoring of critical processes and implement corrective action programs for improvement.
- Support the quality inspectors to ensure that relevant requirements of the quality management system are enforced.
- Interface with engineering and operations to ensure reliable transfer of new products to production

Essential Skills / Qualifications:
- Bachelor degree of Mechanical / Manufacturing / Management Engineering or Certification of Quality/Equivalent.
- Minimum 3 years’ experience in Quality or Manufacturing Engineering
- Ability to read and understand engineering drawings, manufacturing process descriptions.
- Good communication, writing and reading in English and Chinese.
- Experience working independently in a manufacturing/factory environment.
- Problem solving skills with demonstrated success in objectively identifying process issues, isolating root cause, and coordinating resources to solve manufacturing and assembly issues. Knowledge of 8D and Six Sigma problem solving methodologies.
- Windows Office: Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint skills etc.
- Working knowledge of composite technology preferred.
- ISO internal auditor, six sigma green belt, certification of quality engineer preferred.
