The Company:
Our Client is an International Company involved in the supply of Energy globally. Their Operations cover Exploration, Production and Downstream and at present they have projects in over 25 Countries worldwide.
In Australia they are involved in one of the largest LNG Projects, including both Gas and Condensate which is currently in FEED (Front End Engineering Design) Stage.

The Role:
The primary function of this role is to provide specialist QA/QC competence and guidance to the onshore team in their over-sight of the Onshore Contractor, and to ensure Client requirements are achieved for Onshore LNG Procurement workscopes.

• Responsibility for a designated number of equipment packages to ensure the following deliverables are achieved.
• Oversee procurement inspection coordination, ensuring appropriate Contractor and Company inspector representation at Vendor locations.
• Interface with Company Package Engineers and Contractor QC personnel.
• Review and approve Contractor's quality procedures, quality plans and Inspection and Test Plans for EPC phase and ensure any Company inspection intervention points are included and implemented.
• Participate in Pre-Inspection Meetings with Vendors in liaison with Company and Contractor QC and inspection personnel, and ensure MOM's are recorded.
• Participate in Contractor led audits of Vendors (pre-award, production and purchase order closeout audits).
• Ensure all inspection reports and quality records are fully endorsed, distributed and stored in a readily retrievable system.
• Ensure Non Conformance Reports (NCRs) are distributed and closed out appropriately.
• Reviewing and accepting cost estimates for the Inspection Assignments.
• Oversee reviews and approvals of Vendor MDR and handover documentation are completed.
• Provide guidance and participate in Right First Time activities applicable to procurement.

Essential Skills / Qualifications:
• Degree/Diploma qualifications in related oil and gas or engineering fields.
• Auditor Qualification.
• Extensive experience in fabrication and testing of E&I equipment.
• Auditing and timely reporting of Quality Management systems of Vendors.
• Development and implementation of QA and QC programmes for LNG capital resource or engineering projects.
• Supervision of third party inspection and verification bodies.
• Assurance of achievement of E&I equipment certification.
• Minimum10 years experience in the application of Quality Assurance and Quality Control management on major oil and gas or engineering projects.
• Extensive experience in the Procurement inspection and testing requirements of equipment for oil and gas or engineering projects.
