The Company:
Our Client is an International Company involved in the supply of Energy globally. Their Operations cover Exploration, Production and Downstream and at present they have projects in over 25 Countries worldwide.
In Australia they are involved in one of the largest LNG Projects, including both Gas and Condensate which is currently in FEED (Front End Engineering Design) Stage.

The Role:
The primary function of this position will be to provide specialist QA/QC competence to the onshore team in their over-sight of the Onshore Contractor, and to ensure requirements are achieved for Onshore LNG Subcontract workscopes.

• Participate in assuring compliance by the EPC Contractor and major Subcontractors.
• Implement Company Subcontract VCPs.
• Monitor and review engineering practices in Subcontracts, including design control, document control and interface management.
• Monitor Subcontractor's manufacturing processes (welder / NDT technicians qualifications, consumables control, segregation of materials etc).
• Review, monitor and closeout of Subcontractor NCRs.
• Review Subcontractor records management and preparation for handover, including MDRs.
• Participate in Contractor led audits and reviews of Subcontractors, ensuring audit reports are issued within acceptable time frame and audit actions are appropriately implemented.

Essential Skills / Qualifications:
• Degree/Diploma qualifications in related oil and gas fields.
• AS Code experience, as well as ASNT, API, ASME etc.
• Lead Auditor Qualification, with demonstrable experience in leading audits.
• Rotary / Mechanical background.
• Auditing of Quality Management systems of Subcontractor and Module Fabricator Vendors and Stockists.
• Development and implementation of QA and QC programmes for LNG capital resource projects.
• Supervision of third party inspection and verification bodies.
• Minimum 10 years experience in the application of Quality Assurance and Quality Control management on major oil and gas module projects.
• Extensive experience in the Quality Assurance and Quality Control of Contracts and fabrication of oil and gas module projects, particularly LNG Tanks, Combined Cycle Power Plant (CCPP), Module Offloading Facilities (MOF) and Product Loading Jetties.
