The Role:
Basic Purpose of Job:
Provide a competent quality inspection service to the project by coordinationg inspectors visits to sub-contractors and monitoring progress.


Supervisory and Managerial Duties:

Main Duties:
Organise inspection activities for the project.
Liase with client vendors and sub-contractors to establish seamless visits.
Initiate IMPact submissions and monitor them through to satisfactory conclusion.
Innitiate Technical Incident Notices arising out of the Site Query system
Analyse IMPact data to develop and report on trends.
Develop and maintain a register of work undertaken and maintain it on a daily basis.
Monitor compliance within the project team on an ongoing basis.
Contribute towards the provision of assistance within the quality discipline activities.
Maintain confidentiality relative to all project information and documents.
Perform general and routine clerical/ administration support as required.
Maintain confidentiality of all project information and documents.
Ensure that all activities are carried out in a manner consistent with core values delivering a superior HSE performance.


Liaise with the undernoted personnel.

b) Senior QA Engineer

c) Project Purchasing Group

d) Project Engineers.

e) Vendors

f) Sub-contractors





Health and Safety Responsibilities:

Education & Qualifications:
Minimum HNC preferred but may be waived if sufficient experience.


Specific Training / Specialist Skills:
Experience in Brownfield Projects.
Significant oil & gas experience.


Experience:
Proven track record of Quality Management aspects of Brownfield developments.
Competent computer skills.
To be conversant with Documentum would be an advantage
Planning and organisational competency
Good organisational skills.


Personal Skills:
Strong communication and networking skills.
Strong written & oral communications.
