The Role:
Global Subsea Hardware (GSH) delivers the subsea hardware for all company projects globally. GSH has responsibility for design and delivery of subsea hardware for the project. The GSH Quality Lead will provide quality management support to the Fabrication of GSH deliverables.

Key Accountabilities:

•Provide quality management support to the project team (Fabrication).
•Coordinate and conduct supplier audits using company standard audit protocol, ensuring reports and corrective actions are included in the ESQ database system.
•Review and approve quality components of purchasing documents, ensuring compliance with company ETPs.
•Conduct Pre-Production Meetings
•Provide surveillance support during qualification activities (utilising third party inspection resources as required)
•Interface regularly with the GSH Quality Management Team providing regular updates on quality related issues with the project’s hardware deliveries
•Review and approve quality documentation
•Ensure Non-conformances are properly categorized and dispositioned in a timely manner.
•Ensure ITPs are approved and implemented
•Participate in Non-conformance Incident Root Cause Analyses
•Ensure corrective action activities are correctly completed and effectively implemented.

Essential Skills / Qualifications:
•Experience in quality assurance within the oil industry, related to structural fabrication of subsea equipment.
•Training in various quality programs, such as ISO 9001 Lead Auditor (Certification not required, but desirable)

Desirable Skills / Qualifications:
•Experience working with a subsea equipment supplier in quality assurance or a technical field is strongly desired.
•Ability to communicate with shop inspectors, company and Vendor engineers, technical specialists and quality engineers
