The Company:
Our client operates in the oil and gas sector.

The Role:
Our client's project is expected to include 300-400 wells, an extensive gathering system, a circa 1 bcfd gas processing plant and 100 km export pipelines. Total facilities costs are around $5 bn with a start up in 2016.
The Quality Manager will be responsible for setting up the quality management system for the project and implementing quality throughout the all project activities.

Responsibilities:
•Set project quality objectives and a project quality policy
•Establish and assure the delivery of the project quality management system
•Implement a project quality plan
•Create and advise on the project quality organisation
•Implement an engineering design quality programme including design reviews, verification and validation, technology risk programme and IVB strategy
•Implement PSCM quality programmes including supplier qualification and quality performance management
•Establish construction quality requirements
•Implement a quality improvement process
•Implement quality management systems for Information management

Deliverables:
•Implement an engineering design quality programme including design reviews, verification and validation, technology risk programme and IVB strategy
•Implement PSCM quality programmes including supplier qualification and quality performance management
•Establish construction quality requirements
•Implement a quality improvement process
•Implement quality management systems for Information management

Essential Skills / Qualifications:
•Degree in appropriate technical discipline and membership of a relevant professional institute
•Thorough knowledge of industry quality standards
•Proven track record in establishing and running quality systems on major E&P projects

Desirable Skills / Qualifications:
Excellent inter-personnel and leadership skills with the ability to work in a multinational project team and develop strong working relationships with the contractor
